Vector Envelope Systems LLC ("Vector," "we," "us") is a construction trade contractor based in Houston, Texas, serving builders and general contractors. This policy explains what information we collect through vectorenvelope.com, our phone line and our project communications, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, company, phone number, email address and project details when you request a bid, apply as a subcontractor, sign a contract, call, text or email us.
- Project and vendor records: plans, schedules, bids, contracts, invoices, insurance certificates, W-9s and correspondence related to work we perform.
- Calls and voicemail: when you call our main line we may record voicemails and keep call logs to return your call.
- Website data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed). When you submit a form we also record the time and IP address of the submission and, if you opt in to texts, the exact consent wording you agreed to.
How we use it
- To respond to bid requests and subcontractor applications and to perform construction services.
- To communicate about bids, schedules, job assignments, documents, invoices and project status.
- To meet legal, licensing, insurance, safety and accounting obligations.

If you opt in to text messages from Vector Envelope Systems, we will send business messages such as bid and schedule updates, job assignments, document requests (for example insurance certificates or W-9s) and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors, suppliers and service providers is limited to what is needed to deliver a project, and never includes sharing your mobile opt-in or consent data for their own marketing. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We keep project and vendor records as long as needed for warranty, legal and tax purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.

You may ask us to correct or delete your contact information, or to stop text or email communications, by contacting us at the details below. Opting out of texts does not affect project communications by phone or email.
