Vector Envelope Systems holds the contract with the builder or owner and runs the job: scheduling, inspections, quality control, safety and the draw billing. Prequalified subcontractor partners execute the trade under a Vector superintendent and get paid by Vector on the draw. If you run a solid crew in concrete, framing, insulation, roofing, drywall, paint or industrial insulation, we'd like to meet you.
Vector is the vendor of record. You are the trade partner who does the work. The builder sees one schedule, one safety file and one invoice; you see a clear scope, a start date and a draw.
Bids, contract, per-plan pricing, start releases, inspections, quality control, safety program and all billing with the builder or owner.
Your crew executes the scope to plan, to the schedule and to the standards set by the Vector superintendent on site.
Scopes are priced per plan or per unit before you start. When a draw stage passes inspection, Vector pays you for that stage.
Trades: concrete (foundations and flatwork), framing, insulation (spray foam, batt and blown), roofing, drywall, paint, and industrial or mechanical insulation for Vector Thermal Systems.
